Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling. Standard delivery via Royal Mail is FREE if your order is over £20.00, we reserve the right to cancel or change delivery charges at any time without prior notice. Recorded delivery charges/postal insurance are not included in the prices quoted, please contact us if recorded delivery is required. We accept payment via paypal.


Delivery

We only deliver within the UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days where products are in stock. Due to circumstances beyond our control this is not always possible, so please allow 14 days for delivery of your order.


Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:
2nd class Standard Delivery via Royal Mail to the UK = Free over £20.00
Standard Delivery via Royal Mail to the UK = £2.00 under £20.00 order
Recorded Delivery via Royal Mail to the UK = Please contact us for a quote
Please Note: up to 4 bottles can be sent per package via Royal Mail

 

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filled. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.


Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund of the product cost. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable and unused condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.


After-Sales Services and Guarantees

If you are not happy with any product you receive from HJ Manicure, please email us. We will accept the returned item within 7 days in it's original unused condition and will refund the cost of the item. Should your item arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us. We will be happy to refund or replace the item/s. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Any complaints or comments regarding the goods or services supplied should be emailed to HJ Manicure to enable a rapid and effective communication with you, please email us. You can e-mail or write to us with your complaint & we will respond as soon as possible


Colour Representation

We have tried to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers can reproduce colours differently so exact colour matches are not possible. If you are not happy with the colour of the item you have ordered, please let us know by using the contact form or emailing us.
