What happens if i receive a damaged item?
Unfortunately some parcels do not receive careful treatment in transit. Please contact us by using the form on the home page and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Why should i join your mailing list?
Joining our mailing list enables us to keep you updated via email about new products, collections and promotions. We can send you discount codes and offers. If you join our mailing list you will receive no more than 1 email per month.
What if i don't have a Paypal Account?
You can easily set up a free Paypal account in a few minutes by visiting their website, www.paypal.com. Alternatively, if you prefer not to, we do accept payment by Cheque. You will need to contact us and send a cheque to pay for your order before goods can be dispatched.
When will i receive my order?
Orders are sent via Royal Mail post and normally dispatched within 2 working days. Please note that this is not guaranteed and you should allow 14 days for delivery, some parcels can take longer due to items being out of stock, postal delays and during peak periods such as Christmas.
Why isn't my polish exactly the same colour?
We have tried to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers can reproduce colours differently so exact colour matches are not possible. If you are not happy with the colour of the item you have ordered, please let us know by using the contact form or emailing us.
